What's included in Core for free?

The Public Portal, Cases Module, and Forms Module: the three pieces that get most agencies onto Sivil. You also get 50 GB of storage and standard support. Use it indefinitely; upgrade when you need more modules.

How long does implementation take?

Go live in as little as three weeks. We map your existing process in week 1, build it in Sivil with your team in week 2, pilot internally in week 3, and switch on. Implementation is included; there are no setup or onboarding fees.

How long are contracts?

Our standard contracts are five years, but that's flexible.

Why a 10% annual price increase?

Prices increase 10% annually for new contracts to keep pace with the modules and infrastructure we ship into the platform each year. The renewal rate for your existing contract is set when you sign; you know your full contract cost on day one.

What are Add-Ons?

Add-Ons are integrations outside the four standard tiers: Microsoft SSO (the most popular), ArcGIS, DocuSign, and many more. Premium includes one Add-On of your choice; you can purchase additional ones a la carte at any tier.

Is Sivil hosted in the US?

Yes. All Sivil data is hosted in AWS GovCloud (US), audited annually to SOC 2 Type II, and engineered against CJIS handling guidance.

How does procurement work?

We sign a standard MSA + DPA up front (both pre-cleared by most state procurement offices) and add an Order Form per tier. Sivil is also available through our resellers, Carahsoft and CDWG, on most federal, state, and education contract vehicles (GSA, SEWP, ITES-SW2, OneGov, 2GIT, NASPO ValuePoint, OMNIA Partners, Texas DIR, E&I, The Quilt, MHEC, and more).

Can we export our data if we leave?

Always. Every form, record, and activity log is exportable to CSV, JSON, or PDF at any time. We never hold customer data hostage.
